- We utilize Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS for shipping. The fees and delivery timelines are subject to the terms of the respective carriers.
Domestic and International Shipping:
- We ship across Canada and the United States.
Customs and Duties:
- Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and other border fees incurred for international orders.
Tracking and Delivery:
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
- In the event of lost or damaged orders, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Return and Exchange Policy

Custom-Made Products:
- All custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
